Article VI, Paragraph 2 of the 1787 Territorial Federal United States Constitution is commonly referred to as the Supremacy Clause or the “Law of the Land” in the common law. It establishes that the federal constitution, and federal law generally, take precedence over state laws, and even state constitutions. First; I will say, it has taken me 70 years to come to the clarified and factual point through my history and law research of where I am at this day… I am, by no means, a foreign B.A.R. Attorney nor do I practice law or give any legal or accounting advice. Many things were by government lies, Deceptive “de-sign” AND my own reasoning and legal perception as a NON-ATTORNEY without knowing what NAME initials used as the Attorney Speak words meant!

Your all caps NAME stands for Government, bank, and other Corporations’ Presumed AUTHORITY over you. When they call you by name, they are calling your ALL CAPS Attorney legal NAME, not your real given name.

Second; I will say, in my own observations and first-hand experiences, it has been aggravating, disheartening, sorrowful, violent, maddening, and full of all kinds of strife frustrations, and disappointments.

I have walked in and out of many classifications in life in and out of their BAR business courts as others apply them to me, often times not even realizing it and many times knowing it but too fearful to act and not knowing truly what Corporations, Banks, Attorneys, and the Territorial Federal Government Corporation really was, meant, or could do to the average man through their presumptions and opinions in their Matrix Commerce.

That is not to say I have not had my own happy and joyous filled times of grace in our Lord God’s blessings and in fact is relevant and pertinent to my own cognizance of what they each mean in comparison to one another.

I am truly blessed. not was or might be. I am nothing more and nothing less a common free sovereign flesh and blood living Kentuckian man of the Lord God my creator that waives no rights unless tricked into doing so by government or corporation verbal questions or their created credit agreement one-sided legal contracts not read before I signed. Stupid me!!!
for not reading and just taking the Person’s word whom I was led to believe by them was in and had authority over me.
